Deputy Regional Manager - Battery Manufacturing Industry

We are a leading battery manufacturing company - Alaska Batteries seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Regional Manager to oversee operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service in the KPK .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support regional sales teams to achieve targets
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the market
• Foster strong relationships with distributors and clients
• Monitor operations, inventory, and market trends
• Report performance insights to senior management

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in sales/operations leadership, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams

Pay: From Rs125,000.00 per month
