Design and Marketing Associate

CRS is an industry leader with 35+ years of history as a trusted partner to insurance carriers, assisting their policyholders in times of crisis.

Temporary Housing: We coordinate accommodations during time of crisis after a home displacement event until the policyholder returns to their permanent residence.

Managed Repair Program (MRP): Our service connects carriers, policyholders and contractors, enabling a quality and efficient restoration process for the damaged property.

Our office is in North Central Phoenix near Highway 101 and I 17. After completing on site training, this will be a hybrid role, typically working 2 days at the Phoenix office (Tuesday and Wednesday) and 3 days remote each week. Additional on-site days may be required as needed for special projects, meetings, or events. Computer equipment will be provided. You must have reliable high-speed internet service and a suitable workspace at your residence. The salary range for this position will be $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.

Job Summary:

The Design and Marketing Associate partners with Director of Marketing and the Design and Marketing Specialist in supporting the marketing needs of all internal departments through the creation and management of engaging, high-quality content. This role focuses on developing original creative assets, designing layouts, and crafting compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, presentations, social media, the company website, and special events. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with digital marketing skills to enhance brand consistency and drive effective communication across all channels.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Source, edit, and optimize photography and graphics for marketing and sales materials, ensuring brand consistency and high quality visuals across all channels.

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, while monitoring performance metrics and audience engagement.

• Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions for literature, collateral, email campaigns, social media, and new marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Collaborate on website blog and vlog development, including content creation, layout, and promotion to support digital marketing goals.

• Support campaign analytics and reporting, providing insights to improve content performance and marketing ROI.

• Perform other duties as necessary or assigned, contributing to overall marketing and communications team success.

• Strong ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

• Solid graphic design skills, including typography, layout, and photo editing

• Experience in digital marketing across multiple channels, including website content, social media, video, and email campaigns.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, innovative, and solutions oriented approach.

• Demonstrates high accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and demonstrate compassion in all communications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new digital tools.

Education and/or Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in:

  • Adobe Creative Apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required

  • HTML and Marketing Automation software (i.e. Pardot) preferred

  • Wordpress preferred

  • CRM software (i.e., SalesForce and Pardot) preferred.

  • Editing video in Adobe Premiere a plus.

  • Other related tools, such as ChatGPT and AI image creation tools are a plus

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or digital marketing
