Position Overview

We are seeking a experienced Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FF&E, Joinery, or Interior Fit-Out, and the ability to prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project requirements, and coordinate with design and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Source and evaluate material and supplier quotations.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for furniture, joinery, and fit-out works.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize project costing.
• Monitor project variations and update cost projections accordingly.
• Assist in tender submissions and client proposals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in estimation in the UAE (FF&E / Joinery / Interiors).
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and production processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
