Design Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Design & Estimation Engineer – Fire Safety Systems

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Design & Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in fire protection systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, system designs, and supporting project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare design layouts and shop drawings for fire protection systems (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Sprinkler systems).
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients/consultants for project requirements.
• Prepare material submittals and ensure compliance with UAE fire safety regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and technical approvals.
• Support project team during execution with technical inputs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in fire safety systems.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and UAE Civil Defence regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
