What you’ll do

• Facilitate manage & drive operations of real estate accounting in compliance with IFRS 16 principles
• Ensure that all operational and administrative processes are followed.
• Monitor BAU progress and mentor team members to achieve the agreed process SLAs & KPIs.
• As a country controller, manage relationship with Local market as bridge between VOIS and Vantage LM. Which includes organising monthly governance with market, sharing VOS performance and understanding/resolving challenges through other process leads.
• Ensure that relevant measures of business performance are captured and represented in reporting dashboards and presentations.
• Align with local market FinOps team for supporting additional ad-hoc reporting operational activities
• Continuously look for improvement opportunities in the lease accounting process and compliance with IFRS 16
• Performing and reviewing data analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy of lease financial balances.
• Regular interactions with stakeholders
• Managing various projects out of BAU like Automations, also participating in VOIS level initiatives like internship progress or transformation projects etc

Essential:

• Good knowledge of IFRS 16
• Project management skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Microsoft office skills (especially Excel, Power platforms, Word & Powerpoint)
• Excellent written, spoken English
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Good time management skills

Desired:

• Understanding of SAP RE-FX module
• Good SAP knowledge

• Skill in presenting insights through data
• Data analysis and exploration.
• Creating data visualizations, dashboards & reports
