Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to perform repairs and maintenance on diesel engines, trucks, buses, and heavy equipment. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with engine, transmission, and brake systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance and repair of diesel engines and heavy vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics on fuel systems, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and hydraulics.
• Inspect engine components, identify issues, and replace defective parts.
• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules.
• Test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain workshop tools and follow safety procedures.
• Document repair work and update service reports.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in diesel vehicle maintenance.
• Solid understanding of diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment.
• Physically fit and able to work in workshop environment.
• Knowledge of common heavy vehicle brands is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
