WE ARE HIRING – DIGITAL AND FIELD MARKETING EXECUTIVE (ONLY MALE CANDIDATES)

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with 2+ years of local ( UAE) experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Initiate student enrollments through calls, emails, digital platforms, and field outreach.
• Plan and execute digital and field marketing activities to achieve enrollment targets.
• Create, manage, and oversee digital marketing content across platforms.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and target audience dynamics.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage, guide, and motivate the marketing and student enrollment team.
• Monitor performance, track leads, and ensure target achievement.
• Coordinate promotional activities and institutional branding initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication with prospective students and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
