Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record of driving significant growth through digital marketing initiatives.
• Deep understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Strong knowledge analytics tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

In this role, you will

• Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Implement A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Track and report on marketing expenses and ROI.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., brand, product, and sales) to ensure alignment.
• Utilize data analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign performance.
• Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns.
