Role Overview

Scaleup Connect is hiring a Digital Content Specialist on behalf of its client, a premium furniture showroom launching in DHA, Lahore. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing daily posts, and supporting the brand’s digital presence through creative storytelling and visual content.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, social media trends, and lifestyle brands who enjoys producing visually appealing content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and carousel posts aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing furniture products and showroom experiences.
• Write compelling captions and develop storytelling-driven content.

Social Media Management

• Manage brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Ensure consistent posting schedules and maintain brand voice across platforms.

Content Planning

• Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars.
• Stay updated with social media trends to create relevant and engaging content.

Influencer Coordination

• Support collaborations with micro-influencers and content creators.
• Assist in coordinating influencer campaigns and partnerships.

Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Suggest improvements based on social media insights.

Community Engagement

• Respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Engage with followers to build an active online community.

Tools / Software

• Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
• Content Creation: Photography and video tools

Education

Intermediate or Graduation

Experience

1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation

Key Skills

• Social media content creation (Reels, TikTok, short-form video)
• Basic photography and videography
• Creative writing and caption development
• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
• Strong visual storytelling ability
• Interest in interior design, furniture, and lifestyle brands

Additional Requirement

Portfolio of previous work is required

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month
