Experience working with mobile digital lab environments and vendor-led delivery models including stable API-ready core systems, cloud infrastructure readiness, and UX/UI optimization for adoption and stickiness improvement.

Ability to track and interpret mobile performance metrics including monthly active users, app stickiness, digital product sales penetration, NPS, adoption rates, and drop-off patterns to drive iterative improvement.

Requirements
10 to 12 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in a dedicated digital banking product or transformation role spanning retail and business customer segments.
