About The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and data-driven
Manager Digital Marketing (SaaS)
to lead our demand generation and digital marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the
Director of Marketing
, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, executing high-impact campaigns, and optimizing marketing performance across all digital channels.
You'll lead a talented cross-functional marketing teamincluding content, design, paid media, SEO, video, and development deliver measurable results and accelerate revenue growth. This is not a maintenance role; it's an opportunity to build and scale a
revenue-generating digital marketing engine
for a high-growth SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Pipeline Growth

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (ABM, inbound, paid) targeting logistics, transport tech, and SaaS sectors.

Build campaign frameworks aligning persona pain points, outcomes, features, and CTAs.

Optimize channel mix across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, email automation, and webinars to maximize ROI.
Team Leadership & Management

Lead a team of 9 marketing professionals (writers, designers, SEO, paid media, dev, and video).

Set campaign priorities, assign ownership, and ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Mentor and guide the team to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Sales Enablement & Alignment

Partner closely with the Sales team to provide battlecards, case studies, and objection-handling materials.

Ensure continuous feedback from sales is incorporated into campaign targeting and messaging.

Track SQL quality and conversion rates to enhance lead nurturing and close cycles.
Marketing Operations & Analytics

Own HubSpot/ActiveCampaign automation workflows, lead segmentation, and nurture sequences.

Monitor KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, MQL/SQL volume) weekly with clear Fix / Scale / Kill performance actions.

Present regular performance reports and recommend budget or strategy adjustments.
Brand & Content Strategy

Oversee creation of thought leadership assets, blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and testimonials.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms and sales materials.

Develop late-stage proof content such as ROI calculators, case studies, and client testimonials.
Continuous Improvement

Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Set clear expectations with team members, hold them accountable to KPIs, and foster continuous learning.

Stay updated with SaaS marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Requirements

8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or logistics/transport tech digital marketing.

Proven ability to scale qualified lead pipelines in high-growth SaaS environments.

Deep understanding of demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle marketing.

Strong project management and multitasking skills, detail-oriented with flawless execution.

Expertise in HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools.

Experience managing cross-functional teams or external marketing agencies.

An analytical mindset, confident in making data-driven scale/kill decisions.

Must be comfortable working in US business hours.
