We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands on experience in Social Media, SEO and content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, executing digital marketing campaigns, and overseeing website content. We are looking for a creative and analytical professional who can drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility through effective online strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

· Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.

· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to enhance audience engagement.

· Digital Marketing & Advertising:

· Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.

· Track, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI using analytics tools.

· Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and online visibility.

Website & Content Management:

· Update and maintain website content, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.

· Create and edit blog posts, property descriptions, and landing pages to drive organic traffic.

· Monitor website performance and suggest improvements.

Market Research & Strategy:

· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry insights.

· Develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

· Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing

· Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.

· Familiarity with WordPress, website management, and basic HTML is a plus.

· Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.

· Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
