Position Title: Tele Sales Agent

Position Salary: 40k to 60k

Education: Intermediate / Bachelors

Experience: 6 months Tele Sales Experience

Job Description:

• Providing the customer with information about a company's products or services in order to create interest in the brand
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calls
• Demonstrate how our products can best address client needs
• Upsell products if possible
• Maintain an updated customer database, including names, phone numbers, and addresses
• Keep a detailed record of all calls and sales
• Follow up on calls as needed

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
