Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our innovative marketing team. This role is essential in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and data analytics to optimize campaign performance across multiple channels. The Account Manager is responsible for owning the client relationship, ensuring flawless communication, and guiding clients through the full lifecycle of their digital marketing programs. This role serves as the trusted partner and primary point of contact after onboarding, overseeing strategy execution, and ensuring clients receive consistent value and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after onboarding
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention
  • Translate client goals into actionable digital marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Paid Media, Content, Web, AI) to deliver high-quality work
  • Monitor campaign performance; prepare and present monthly reports and insights
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, upsells, and cross-service alignment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation in CRM and project tools
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects, assets, and deliverables
  • Oversee communication workflows and ensure clean communication chains
  • Support escalations with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in account management or digital marketing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, analytics, and web fundamentals
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
