The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. In Doha’s competitive market—ranging from luxury hospitality to government e-services—you will translate complex data sets into actionable insights. Your goal is to optimize the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), improve conversion funnels, and provide the C-suite with a clear picture of how digital investments are driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain automated dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau) to track KPIs across SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze the effectiveness of paid media spend (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) specifically for the Middle East market, identifying trends and anomalies.
- Funnel Optimization: Map the customer journey and identify friction points in the conversion funnel to improve the overall Conversion Rate (CR).
- A/B Testing: Design and execute split tests for landing pages, ad copy, and creative assets to determine what resonates best with the local and expat demographics in Qatar.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor the Qatari digital landscape to benchmark performance against local competitors and global industry standards.
- SEO & Web Analytics: Deep dive into GA4 (Google Analytics 4) to monitor organic traffic health, bounce rates, and user engagement metrics.
- Budget Attribution: Implement and manage attribution models to determine which channels are truly driving value, ensuring efficient allocation of marketing budgets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an analytical role within marketing. Experience in the GCC region is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Science.
- Technical Skills:
- Platforms: Mastery of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Business Suite.
- Visualization: Proficiency in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- SEO Tools: Familiarity with SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Advanced: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) is mandatory; SQL or Python knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Language: Professional English fluency is required. Arabic is a strong advantage for analyzing local search intent and social media sentiment.
