About the Role
CodeNinja is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to support our owned platforms, including the company website and other digital assets. The role combines content management, performance optimization for search and generative search along with data-driven decision-making to ensure our platforms effectively engage B2B audiences and generate measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing content workflows, using analytics tools, and driving continuous improvements in website performance and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging.
2. Optimize web pages, landing pages, and blogs for SEO and emerging GSEO practices.
3. Collaborate with design and content teams to optimize landing pages, case studies, blogs, and other digital assets.
4. Track conversion funnels and identify opportunities to improve lead generation and customer experience.
5. Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across owned platforms to support broader marketing objectives.
6. Stay informed on the latest trends in B2B digital marketing, especially shifts in AI-driven search and content discoverability.
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or website content management (B2B experience preferred).
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms and ability to work on custom platforms for content management.
- Familiarity with analytics and SEO and GSEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEMrush.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
