Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement digital media strategies, including content creation and execution plans across all digital platforms.

· Manage and update clients and company social media platforms.

· Knowledge of SEO/SEM will be preferred.

· Write, edit, and publish marketing content for digital channels.

· Analyze digital marketing performance and prepare reports.

· Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging assets.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Solid understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
• Must have content writing skills for digital marketing channels.
• Should be capable of outlining digital plans and building presentations in PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage day-to-day creative execution of marketing plans.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
