Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate projects for our digital operations agency that serves international online businesses. The role requires strong communication, organization, and project management skills to ensure smooth execution of multiple client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international clients in clear and professional English
• Understand client requirements quickly and translate them into actionable tasks
• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Delegate tasks to team members and oversee project progress
• Collect daily/weekly task reports from staff
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Identify project issues and coordinate solutions with the team
• Maintain organized records of project communication and tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
• BS Computer Science
• BS Information Technology
• BS Software Engineering
• Or other relevant programs
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Strong project coordination and management skills
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements
• Team management and task delegation abilities
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Familiarity with ecommerce, marketing, CRM, and AI tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 35,000 – 45,000
