Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager (Female) who combines solid technical expertise with exceptional communication skills. This role involves direct engagement with international clients, leading technical conversations, presenting solutions, and serving as the key bridge between clients and internal development teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on development experience and a strong background in managing web, mobile, and custom software projects. You should be comfortable discussing system architecture, evaluating technical solutions, and collaborating closely with engineers when needed.

This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership, thrives on solving complex challenges, and is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes through structured execution and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of web, mobile, and custom software projects
• Conduct client meetings for requirements gathering, technical discussions, demos, and status updates
• Convert business needs into clear technical plans, timelines, and execution strategies
• Work closely with development teams on architecture, complex problem-solving, and implementation
• Manage Agile workflows including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as design, QA, and DevOps
• Identify risks, blockers, and technical challenges early and provide effective solutions
• Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and consistent communication with stakeholders
• Track team performance and continuously improve processes and delivery efficiency

Technical Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical project management with development exposure
• Practical experience with:
• PHP & WordPress (custom development, plugins, WooCommerce)
• MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• React Native for mobile app development
• Basic knowledge of Python is a plus
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, deployment workflows, and Git version control
• Experience with app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to review and evaluate production-level code

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per hour
