eCommerce Operations Manager

Quaid Technologies’ sister company, Trend Waves Solutions, is looking for a highly driven and experienced eBay Operations Manager to oversee and scale its eBay marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing product visibility, optimizing listings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day account management while maintaining high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the eBay store
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, SEO, and pricing strategies
• Monitor product performance, rankings, and sales trends to identify growth opportunities
• Handle order processing, returns, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or warehouse teams to ensure stock availability
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, visibility, and conversion rates
• Ensure full compliance with eBay policies, guidelines, and best practices
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns
• Monitor account health, customer feedback, and key performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing eBay stores or accounts
• Strong knowledge of eBay algorithms, SEO, and listing optimization techniques
• Experience with product research and competitor analysis tools
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing multiple marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify)
• Understanding of dropshipping or wholesale business models
• Familiarity with tools such as Terapeak, Zik Analytics, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage and scale multiple product categories
