Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Assist in the creation, scheduling, and optimization of content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging posts, stories, videos, and graphics tailored to different social media channels.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help foster a positive online community.
• Campaign Support: Assist with the execution of social media campaigns, including research, planning, and reporting on key metrics.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance across social media channels and assist in generating reports on metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, copywriters, and content creators, to ensure a cohesive social media strategy.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in content creation.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in digital marketing or social media (internships or freelance work welcome).
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights) is a plus.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
