Job Purpose :

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize digital channels, including social media platforms, company websites, paid campaigns, and email marketing.

Oversee website content updates, SEO activities, and online advertising to maximize visibility and engagement.

Ensure both websites are fully functional, user-friendly, and regularly updated to enhance customer experience.

Handle online order processing, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient delivery for customers.

Design and run lead-generation campaigns to attract and convert potential clients.

Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics to continuously improve ROI.
Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.

Strong knowledge of website management, e-commerce platforms, and order processing systems.

Demonstrated ability to generate leads and drive measurable business results.

Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic preferred).

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Knowledge of the textile, tailoring, or medical wear industry will be an added advantage.
