Digital Marketing Executive

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor's degree with a relevant digital marketing certification
• Experience: 0 to 1 years
• Language: Strong proficiency in written and verbal English is mandatory
• Note: This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Baner, Pune

About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive with up to 1 year of experience to support our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will plan, execute, and analyze digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads within the cloud cost management and FinOps space.

You will also contribute to content strategy, assist with SEO/SEM, social media management, and support demand generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Manage content distribution across digital channels: social media, email, and blogs.
• Collaborate with content writers and technical teams to create engaging, SEO-optimized content focused on FinOps, cloud optimization, and cost control.
• Drive traffic through organic and paid strategies.
• Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and suggest on-page/off-page SEO improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals: SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research platforms.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing concepts or willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs.
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization or FinOps is a plus.

Terms of Employment:

• This is a strictly work-from-office role. Remote work is not allowed.
• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• Upon acceptance, you will be required to sign a 2-year minimum service agreement.
• This agreement is in place due to the significant investment in your initial training and development.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
