Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 per month + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, monitor, and scale ad campaigns across Meta and Google.

Maintain target ROAS and CAC benchmarks.

Test 20–30 creatives weekly to identify top-performing ads and scale them quickly.

Collaborate with the creative team on new ad angles, visuals, and copy.

Analyze campaign data and prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

Run and optimize retargeting, remarketing, and prospecting funnels.

Ensure proper pixel tracking and event setup at all times.

Manage budget allocation between campaigns and geographies (Pakistan & UAE).

Stay updated on ad platform algorithms, new formats, and performance marketing trends.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Strong command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or a related field).
