Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) for event promotions
  • Create and publish exhibition-related content: posts, reels, event highlights, countdowns, and announcements
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for exhibitor & visitor lead generation
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and exhibitor communications
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and promotional material
  • Update and manage exhibition websites and landing pages
  • Monitor registrations, leads, traffic, and campaign ROI
  • Prepare pre-event, during-event, and post-event performance reports
  • Handle on-ground digital coverage during exhibitions (live posts, stories, reels)
  • Stay updated with digital trends in event and exhibition marketing

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (exhibition/event industry experience preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Knowledge of lead generation, funnel management, and conversion tracking.
