Digital Marketing Executive

PKR 45,000–50,000. Meta Ads on real US budgets. Full creative ownership, no client approvals. Night shift, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Hands-on Meta Ads experience required.

ABS International is a Direct US Principal operating since 2012. We run our own US digital campaigns in-house — Facebook and Instagram ads on real US budgets, for our own brand, with no agency layer and no client to approve your creative before it goes live. The Digital Marketing Executive we hire owns the paid media function from day one.

If you have been running Meta Ads for clients who do not understand CPM and question every creative decision — this is the opposite of that environment.

What you will do

You will set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns targeting US audiences. You will design your own static and basic video ad creatives — Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator, whichever you work best in. You will track CPC, CTR, and ROAS, scale budgets based on performance data, and report campaign outcomes directly to operations. No separate design team. No approvals chain. You decide, you test, you own the results.

What you will need

Hands-on experience managing live Meta Ads campaigns with real budgets — not training courses, not assisting someone else. You have set up campaigns yourself, monitored spend, and made optimization decisions independently. You understand audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and what a healthy ROAS looks like in a US market context. Your English is clear enough to work with US-market content and briefs. Night shift availability 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM on-site in Gulshan-e-Iqbal is required.

What you will earn

PKR 45,000 – 50,000 per month based on experience. Performance-based salary review at 90 days. Access to real US ad budgets and a full paid tools stack from day one.
