Preference will be given to candidates with experience handling Tech/SaaS products campaigns.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Expert is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing activities across c2o and its group brands. This role is hands-on and performance focused, covering paid advertising, analytics, content coordination, and campaign optimization.
The role requires strong execution skills, attention to data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously while collaborating with creative and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Execution
- Execute digital marketing plans across c2o and group brands
- Support marketing initiatives for Tech, HR, BPO, Digital, Transport, and external clients
- Implement campaign strategies provided by senior management
2. Paid Advertising Management
- Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, App campaigns)
- Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads for B2B campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis
- Monitor campaign performance including CPA, conversions, and spend
- Manage negative keywords and search term reports
- Separate and manage branded and non-branded campaigns
3. Analytics & Tracking Support
- Maintain and verify tracking accuracy across:
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Meta Pixel
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Monitor conversion tracking for calls, forms, bookings, and leads
- Support reporting for campaign performance and insights
4. Content & Social Media Support
- Execute and manage approved content calendars
- Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives
- Schedule posts across:
- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube
- Ensure messaging follows brand guidelines
5. Landing Pages & Conversion Support
- Coordinate with design and development teams for landing pages
- Assist in reviewing copy, CTAs, and page flow
- Monitor landing page performance and suggest improvements
6. Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including design, video, and development
- Support senior management in campaign execution and reporting
- Assist in onboarding and documentation where required
7. Documentation & Process Support
- Maintain campaign documentation and tracking notes
- Follow established marketing workflows and processes
- Ensure consistency across campaigns and platforms
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- Hands-on experience managing Tech/SaaS products and related digital campaigns is required.
- 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Understanding of keyword intent and campaign structuring
- Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns
- Experience handling multiple campaigns or brands
Preferred
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with service-based or B2B marketing
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking and offline events
- Experience working with in-house creative teams
