About Us:
Magic Clickz is a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for a smart, proactive fresher to join our team as a Digital Marketing Fresher. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, quick to learn, and excited to support multiple projects and operations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring client and internal meetings run smoothly and on time.
• Track client communications, follow up on action items, and relay updates effectively within the team.
• Monitor audit and report status, maintain records, and provide regular updates on pending or completed tasks.
• Maintain weekly trackers of team work plans and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist with social media coordination - planning, approvals, and posting updates as needed.
• Act as a project coordinator, aligning cross-team deliverables and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Handle basic documentation, reporting, and task tracking using Google Sheets and other tools.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Fresher or recent graduate with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new tools and processes.
• Basic familiarity with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools is a plus.
