Digital Marketing/ IT Specialist

We are currently experiencing rapid growth in the company and are seeking a tech-savvy and creative Marketing & IT Coordinator to support our construction company's digital infrastructure and brand presence. This dual-role position ensures the company’s technology systems run smoothly while also managing internal and external marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:

Marketing Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, SEO/SEM, social media)

· Maintain and update company websites (projects, careers, blog, etc.)

· Create & Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

· Create marketing collateral (project sheets, brochures, signage, RFP responses)

· Track KPIs like web traffic, social engagement, and lead generation

· Capture and manage photo/video content from active jobsites

· Assist in proposal preparation and presentation materials

Information Technology (IT) Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain company software, hardware, and network systems (Office 365, servers, mobile devices, etc.)

· Act as point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues

· Ensure data security and implement backup/recovery protocols

· Coordinate with external IT vendors and consultants

· Oversee jobsite tech support including tablets, project management apps (e.g., Procore, HCSS, Bid2Win, etc.)

· Maintain and update the company’s cloud storage and document management systems

Qualifications:

· Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or related field

· 2+ years in a similar role preferred, ideally in construction, architecture, or engineering environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), website CMS (WordPress), and social media platforms

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and time management skills
