Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to oversee and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading digital campaigns, managing a team, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the company’s digital presence drives measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing, Paid Ads, etc.).
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to achieve set KPIs and campaign goals.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Optimize website performance through SEO best practices and regular audits.
- Manage social media presence and create strategies for engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Oversee content strategy (blogs, videos, newsletters, creatives, etc.) aligned with business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective lead generation.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and tools.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Proven work experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, Google Analytics, and paid advertising platforms.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze insights and make strategic decisions.
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities with a passion for digital trends.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or related platforms.
- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals for digital campaigns.

Pay: ₹15,000.16 - ₹34,467.50 per month
