Digital Marketing Lead

About the Role

Media Quokka is seeking a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Lead with hands-on expertise in Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads, along with social media management and US client handling experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of managing ad campaigns, lead a marketing team, and drive measurable growth through creative and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strategize and manage social media content and engagement to build brand awareness and conversions.
• Manage calls and interactions with US-based clients, ensuring smooth communication and performance updates.
• Develop and implement campaign strategies that align with company goals and client KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a small marketing team, ensuring timely delivery and campaign success.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and ROI-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are visually appealing and conversion-focused.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, ad policies, and performance tools.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on paid media and social platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Experience in US client management and conducting performance review calls.
• Ability to develop and lead strategies independently with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• Proven experience in team leadership or mentorship.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with performance metrics, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
