We're looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Digital Marketing Lead to manage online branding while driving showroom sales through creative campaigns and hands-on customer engagement.

Role Overview:

As the Sales & Digital Marketing Lead, you will play a dual role:

• Drive walk-in and online sales by engaging clients and closing deals.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to build Enza Home’s online presence and attract high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Welcome and consult walk-in clients at the showroom.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, and space layouts to recommend Enza Home solutions.
• Convert leads from digital campaigns into successful in-store or virtual sales.
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content using Enza Home visuals and branding guidelines.
• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with targeted objectives (e.g., traffic, conversions, lead generation).
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS).
• Capture, edit, and schedule content (product shoots, client testimonials, showroom tours).
• Manage the digital lead funnel and follow up on inquiries through CRM or direct outreach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both sales and digital marketing (ideally in retail, furniture, or home décor sectors).
• Strong command over digital platforms, ad managers, and basic analytics tools.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Photography or basic graphic editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite at DHA Phase 6 showroom.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
