About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist with strong experience in real estate advertising across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and property portals such as Bayut & Property Finder.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing online campaigns, and driving strong digital presence for our Abu Dhabi projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Plan, create, and manage daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Produce high-quality videos, reels, stories, and creatives for ongoing campaigns.
Monitor engagement, respond to leads and comments, and optimize community growth.
Manage influencers/creators when needed.
2. Meta Advertising (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Build and optimize advanced real estate lead generation campaigns.
Create custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting strategies.
Manage advertising budget and improve CPL (Cost per Lead) and conversion rate.
3. Google Ads & SEO
Run Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
Perform keyword research and optimize landing pages for better conversions.
Implement SEO strategies for ranking projects and company website.
Track analytics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and GTM.
4. Real Estate Portals (Bayut & Property Finder)
Upload listings with correct data, pricing, and high-quality content.
Improve listing ranking through SEO, TruCheck, and daily optimization.
Monitor leads performance and adjust advertising plans accordingly.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Track KPIs: cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rate, ROAS, organic traffic.
Provide recommendations to management for better campaign performance.
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years experience in real estate digital marketing (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and property portals.
Experience with Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and CRM systems.
Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate market trends is a plus.
Creative mindset with ability to produce good visuals and video content.
Excellent English communication (Arabic is an added advantage).
Preferred Skills
Canva / Photoshop / Premiere or CapCut
CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, or real estate CRMs
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
