Digital Marketing Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager with Bitquark Technologies. We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to oversee our client's online presence, develop engaging campaigns, and collaborate closely with our graphic design team to elevate their brand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce compelling visuals and marketing materials.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Work closely with other teams, including sales and product development, to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with digital advertising, SEO, and email marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creativity and the ability to think strategically.
• Experience working with graphic designers and content creators to develop cohesive campaigns.
