Digital Marketing Manager

With a reputation for excellence, innovation, and precision service, we are expanding our leadership team and seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to transform our brand visibility, drive impactful campaigns, and accelerate business growth.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of RSL’s marketing and communication strategy, with a strong focus on digital transformation, brand building, and revenue-generating campaigns. This is a high-impact role for a dynamic professional with the creativity, leadership, and technical expertise to elevate RSL’s brand presence across the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Influencer & PR Strategy: Build partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and PR agencies to expand brand awareness and strengthen RSL’s public image.
  • Brand Awareness: Design innovative marketing initiatives to position RSL as the preferred premium transportation provider.
  • Content Strategy: Lead the creation of engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Analytics & ROI: Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports and refining strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM: Manage customer engagement using CRM tools (Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure marketing supports business development goals.
  • Leadership: Mentor and guide the marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and results.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years’ proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and PR (UAE experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel ad campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
