Position Overview

Wites & Rogers is seeking a hands-on, performance-driven digital marketer to lead the firm’s in-house digital marketing for the first time. For years, we’ve worked with multiple vendors to handle different pieces of our online presence — from Google Ads and SEO to Meta ads, landing pages, and analytics. Now, we’re consolidating those efforts under one roof and looking for someone who can take full ownership, align strategy with execution, and drive measurable results.

You will be our first in-house digital marketing hire, and this is an opportunity to build something from the ground up. Your work will directly impact the firm’s growth and client acquisition. Over time, as systems stabilize and campaigns are running smoothly, you may also assist with additional marketing duties beyond digital — such as branding, events, print collateral, and internal communication — but the initial focus is 100% digital execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • PPC Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and X/Twitter.
  • SEO & Website Ownership: Maintain and improve our WordPress website, create landing pages, handle light coding (HTML/CSS), and optimize for search.
  • Content Creation: Write, design, and publish short-form content (especially reels and video) across platforms. Basic video editing expected.
  • Analytics & Conversion Tracking: Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and platform-specific pixels. Tie spend to results.
  • Lead Management: Ensure proper attribution and intake tracking for all leads.
  • Social Media: Plan, create, and publish platform-native content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and X/Twitter.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with our team to align messaging and visuals with legal practice areas and audience needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with Meta Ads (especially for lead generation)
  • Proven ability to set up Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixels, and measure ROI
  • Experience managing all core digital channels hands-on
  • WordPress and light coding experience a plus (Genesis familiarity helpful, but not required)
  • Legal marketing experience is a plus, especially for PI or mass torts
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, and a collaborative personality

Salary Band Based on Experience

We are hiring for one role, but there’s flexibility based on what you bring to the table:

  • $75K–$90K Range: Typically someone with 5+ years of experience in an agency or comparable fast-paced environment, ready to transition into a focused in-house role.
  • $90K–$125K Range: Someone with 10–15 years of experience, possibly managing teams, but still comfortable doing the hands-on work themselves.

Important Fit Notes

  • In-Office Only: This is an on-site role at our Lighthouse Point, FL office. We’ve built a strong in-office culture, and collaboration is key. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not being offered.
  • Full Focus Required: We are not looking for someone juggling multiple side clients or agency work. If you’re doing freelance work on the side or running your own shop, this role is not a good fit. We want someone fully committed to building with us.

About Us

Wites & Rogers (www.witeslaw.com) is a respected litigation firm with 25+ years of success in personal injury, wrongful death, consumer litigation, and insurance claims. We’ve traditionally worked with outside vendors for marketing, but we’re excited to build a high-performing in-house team — starting with you. You’ll report directly to the firm’s CEO and work in partnership with our long-time digital marketing advisor, who is also a clinical professor of digital marketing and SEO.
