Job Requirements:

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing: Proven track record in managing and growing social media accounts for businesses, particularly in the furniture or home decor sector. Must have deep knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• SEO Mastery: Demonstrated ability to improve organic search rankings through on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Experience with keyword research, content optimization, and analytics tools required.
• PPC Campaign Management: Skilled in creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads. Must be adept at budget management and achieving high ROI.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives. Experience in email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Analytics and Reporting: Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, FB Insights) to track performance, interpret data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Content Creation: Excellent writing skills for creating engaging and SEO-friendly content. Experience in visual content creation or coordination for social media and marketing materials.
• Local Marketing: Knowledge of local SEO and marketing strategies to target the Melbourne, FL community effectively.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and basic web design principles.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, project management, and team collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, small business environment.
• Local Residency: Preference for candidates living in or willing to relocate to Melbourne, FL.
