Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our hospital’s digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to increase patient engagement, brand visibility, and service utilization across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote hospital services, departments, and health awareness campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the hospital’s website and landing pages for user experience (UX), SEO, and performance.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Oversee social media management, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and medically accurate.
• Collaborate with doctors, departments, and management to create educational and promotional content (blogs, videos, infographics, email campaigns, etc.).
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI of campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the healthcare industry.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and patient privacy laws (HIPAA, if applicable).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing; healthcare or hospital experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of content marketing, lead generation, and patient acquisition strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
