Key Responsibilities
- Market & Competitor Insight
- Continuously analyze Australian mortgage market offers, competitors, and audience pain points to refine value propositions.
- Paid Social Campaign Management (Meta)
- Own full‑funnel Facebook & Instagram ad strategy—from audience research and creative briefing to budgeting, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Conduct A/B tests (creative, copy, landing pages) to improve CPL and ROAS.
- Email & CRM Marketing
- Segment existing borrower database and design automated nurture flows, cross‑sell/refinance triggers, and customer‑win‑back campaigns.
- Monitor deliverability, open/click rates, and settlement attribution.
- Reputation & Community Management
- Implement programs that prompt happy clients to leave Google reviews; respond to all reviews professionally and in line with compliance.
- Actively participate in relevant Australian property and finance Facebook groups to build authority and funnel warm traffic.
- Strategic Marketing Projects (Project Lead)
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of agreed strategic marketing projects (e.g., website refresh, brand identity uplift, marketing automation audits), each with clear scope, success metrics, timeline, budget, and vendor coordination.
- Establish project plans, track milestones, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery in partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Performance Reporting & Budget Governance
- Produce weekly and monthly dashboards covering spend, CPL, ROAS, funnel conversion, email revenue, and brand metrics.
- Present insights and proactive recommendations to leadership.
- Collaboration & Compliance
- Work closely with brokers, compliance, and support teams to ensure creative and copy meet ASIC and NCCP regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external designers, copywriters, and media buyers where specialist support is needed.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in performance/digital marketing, including lead generation advertising (Meta) with demonstrated CPL and ROAS improvements.
- Experience in Australian financial‑services or highly regulated industry preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, email automation platforms and CRMs.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficient in Excel/Sheets & data visualisation.
- Excellent English copywriting and communication skills; able to localise tone for Australian audience.
- Project management expertise (Agile or similar) with vendor oversight.
- Self‑starter located in Lahore with reliable high‑speed internet and ability to work Australian hours.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
- Google Analytics Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification advantageous.
