SERP Forge is a growth-focused marketing agency helping SaaS and digital-first businesses scale through SEO and performance marketing. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can own our marketing function end-to-end from strategy to execution with the clear goal of business growth and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Client Acquisition
- Plan and execute multi-channel growth campaigns focused on generating qualified leads.
- Use data insights to refine funnel performance and drive measurable acquisition results.
- Work closely with the Founder to set monthly and quarterly growth targets and deliver against them.
- Experiment with new growth tactics (email, paid ads, partnerships, community-led initiatives).
2. SEO & Content Strategy
- Lead SEO strategy - from keyword research and content optimization to link building and technical audits.
- Identify high-impact opportunities using tools like Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Develop and execute data-backed strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
3. Brand & Community Building
- Build and manage SERP Forge’s brand through content marketing, guest podcasts, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with designers and writers to create content that attracts and converts SaaS audiences.
- Represent the brand in external collaborations, podcasts, and industry features.
4. Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead and mentor the marketing team (SEO, content, paid, outreach).
- Set and review clear KPIs - including traffic growth, MQLs, and client acquisition metrics.
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and growth teams.
5. Strategic Planning & Analytics
- Develop and implement a growth roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and create actionable insights for optimization.
- Work closely with the Founder to align marketing strategy with overall company objectives.
6. Data & Analytics
- Build and monitor dashboards for tracking traffic, leads, and campaign ROI.
- Analyze campaign data to identify what’s working and what’s not and optimize accordingly.
- Use data-driven experimentation (A/B testing, audience segmentation) to improve conversions.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles (agency or SaaS preferred).
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, analytics, and full-funnel marketing.
- Data-driven mindset - comfortable using GA4, Looker Studio, and analytics tools for decision-making.
- Proven experience in driving measurable business growth through marketing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative but analytical - able to back ideas with data and insight.

Pay: ₹14,215.28 - ₹57,850.98 per month
