We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead and scale our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, brand growth, and digital transformation. You will oversee the execution of campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue, while mentoring a team of marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Oversee marketing analytics, reporting on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product, and IT) to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
  • Drive marketing automation and CRM initiatives using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Stay current on emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Mentor and develop junior marketers, fostering innovation, accountability, and performance excellence.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
  • Support content, brand, and creative development to strengthen overall marketing impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets, teams, and complex digital ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in [specific industry: e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, finance, healthcare, etc.].
  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing (e.g., from Google, Meta, or AMA).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
