Location: B-17, Islamabad, Pakistan (Candidates residing near B-17, Wah Cantt, or Taxila will be preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

As we continue to expand our digital services portfolio, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy execution, team coordination, and client-facing digital initiatives.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing digital marketing strategies for both company branding and client accounts. This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, social media management, content coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent digital growth, strong online visibility, and high-quality content delivery while managing internal teams and multiple client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
  • Lead SEO, PPC, social media, and content initiatives to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create monthly digital marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, and performance plans.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between content writers, designers, and social media teams.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Define and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and conversion performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink planning.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
  • Improve technical SEO, on-page optimization, and overall website health.

Social Media Management

  • Oversee social media content planning, posting, and approval for company and client accounts.
  • Ensure brand consistency, tone alignment, and platform-specific optimization.
  • Identify industry trends and develop creative engagement strategies.
  • Deliver monthly social media growth reports and analytics.

Client Communication & Content Coordination

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, branding needs, and content requirements.
  • Review and refine client-provided content to ensure quality, accuracy, and professional tone.
  • Convert client inputs into structured content briefs for design and creative teams.
  • Ensure effective communication between clients, content teams, and designers.

Team Coordination & Project Tracking

  • Supervise content writers, social media executives, and designers.
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of all digital assets.
  • Maintain workflow systems, reporting structures, and internal coordination.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and campaign consistency.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Content Strategy.
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn optimization and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong command of English writing, content structuring, and brand messaging.
  • In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, platform trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Proven leadership skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Agency experience will be considered a strong advantage.
