Digital Marketing Manager

Role Mandate

The Digital Marketing Manager is the strategic owner of Group Marketing, accountable for shaping, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. This role bridges marketing, sales, and business leadership to ensure brand positioning, demand generation, and revenue growth.

Key Accountabilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Group, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Define, prioritize, and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and events.
  • Build and maintain the brand narrative across markets and client segments.

Budget Ownership & Performance Governance

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation across initiatives.
  • Define KPIs for campaigns, channels, and initiatives, monitoring ROI and impact.
  • Ensure data-driven decisions and eliminate focus on vanity metrics; emphasize revenue contribution and pipeline impact.

Alignment & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Business Heads, and Leadership to ensure marketing strategies support revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on market trends, competitive landscape, and client insights.

Revenue Impact & Business Growth

  • Ensure marketing initiatives contribute directly to revenue, lead generation, and pipeline development.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance in terms of ROI and conversion metrics.

Leadership & Reporting

  • Report directly to the CEO Office, providing strategic insights, campaign performance updates, and forward-looking marketing plans.
  • Mentor and guide internal marketing resources or teams (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for Falkenherz Group aligned with business goals.
  • Lead digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Define and manage marketing KPIs and budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Drive brand positioning and thought leadership across target markets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create demand generation campaigns that feed into the sales pipeline.
  • Evaluate and implement marketing technologies and tools to improve efficiency and tracking.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Present marketing performance reports to the CEO and Leadership team, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.

Requirements & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degreein Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in IT, digital solutions, or technology services.
  • Proven experience managing marketing budgets, campaigns, and teams.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing channels, and demand generation.
  • Experience driving measurable impact on revenue, pipeline, and ROI.
  • Exposure to international markets and multi-location operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs300,000.00 per month
