Job Summary

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Seven Tides Digital, you will serve as the architect of our digital transformation journey and the catalyst for our online growth strategy. This pivotal leadership position demands a visionary approach to developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and foster deep customer engagement across all digital touchpoints. Your strategic leadership will ensure that our digital marketing efforts are precisely aligned with overarching business objectives, effectively reaching our target audience through innovative channels and cutting-edge techniques. You will be instrumental in positioning Seven Tides Digital as a digital-first organization while maintaining our commitment to personal relationships that have been the cornerstone of our success. Your role will bridge traditional business values with digital innovation, creating a powerful synergy that drives measurable business growth and enhances our competitive advantage in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Comprehensive Digital Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Design and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy that encompasses SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, display advertising, content marketing, and emerging digital channels to achieve specific business objectives and KPIs
  • Conduct continuous market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify emerging trends, new opportunities, and areas for strategic improvement within the digital ecosystem
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing initiatives, utilizing advanced analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment
  • Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROI and achieve cost-efficiency targets
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing calendar that aligns with product launches, seasonal promotions, and overall business initiatives

2. Strategic Content Development & Multi-Channel Campaign Management:

  • Lead the creation and distribution of compelling, high-quality content across all digital platforms including website, blog content, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and digital advertising initiatives
  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel digital campaigns that effectively promote brand awareness, drive product adoption, support seasonal promotions, and enhance customer retention
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to streamline campaign execution, enhance lead nurturing processes, and improve customer segmentation strategies
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams, external agencies, and industry influencers to produce engaging visual and written content that resonates with our target audience and strengthens brand identity
  • Oversee the management and growth of TPFG's social media presence across relevant platforms, developing strategies to increase engagement, grow followers, and enhance brand loyalty

3. Advanced Analytics, Performance Reporting & Optimization:

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools including Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor, analyse, and report on website traffic, user engagement metrics, and conversion performance
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and strategic insights for senior management, clearly communicating achievements, challenges, and opportunities within the digital marketing function
  • Implement tracking mechanisms and attribution models to accurately measure campaign performance and marketing contribution to revenue generation
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into digital marketing performance and ROI across all channels

4. Comprehensive Team Leadership & Development:

  • Training & Development of Your Team: Take full responsibility for the continuous professional development of your team members, implementing comprehensive training programs that enhance their digital marketing expertise, technical skills, and strategic thinking capabilities. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Compliance & Team Management: Ensure all digital marketing activities strictly adhere to relevant regulations and other industry-specific compliance requirements. Implement and maintain robust processes that ensure ethical marketing practices and protect customer data
  • Succession Planning: Actively identify and develop high-potential talent within your team, creating individualized development plans that prepare team members for future leadership roles and ensure business continuity
  • Full Ownership & Responsibility for Your Team: Assume complete accountability for your team's performance, establishing clear objectives, providing regular constructive feedback, and cultivating a high-performance culture that encourages innovation and excellence
  • Holiday & Cover Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive resource planning systems that efficiently manage team schedules, holiday allocations, and coverage arrangements to ensure uninterrupted execution of digital marketing activities

5. Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement digital strategies that support revenue growth objectives and enhance lead qualification processes
  • Collaborate with product development teams to create compelling digital narratives for new product launches and enhancements
  • Partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with operational capabilities and customer experience standards
  • Liaise with the IT department to enhance website functionality, improve user experience, and integrate new marketing technologies into existing systems
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, industry partners, and digital marketing vendors to enhance campaign execution and maximize resource effectiveness

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in brokerage operations, trade settlement, or capital market operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and brokerage management tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Office timing: 12pm to 09pm (Mon-Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
