Digital Marketing Manager (Agency Experience Required)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong agency background. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing multiple brands, running high-budget campaigns, and delivering measurable results.

This role is key in scaling SALT’s digital presence and driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and ROAS
  • Continuously test and scale campaigns based on performance

2. Campaign & Strategy Management

  • Develop and implement full-funnel digital marketing strategies
  • Handle multiple campaigns and brand communications simultaneously
  • Align marketing activities with business and sales goals

3. Social Media & Content Direction

  • Lead social media strategy and content planning
  • Coordinate with designers and content creators
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, engagement)
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Prepare performance reports for management

5. SEO & Digital Growth

  • Improve website ranking and organic traffic
  • Optimize landing pages for better conversions
  • Stay updated with digital trends and algorithm changes

6. Team & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors
  • Bring structured processes from agency experience
  • Manage timelines and ensure timely execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Mandatory: Prior experience in a marketing/advertising agency
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing
  • Experience handling multiple brands/campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong grip on performance marketing and paid media
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
