Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution, and delivery across all digital channels while overseeing team coordination, project management, and quality standards. This role demands strong ownership, operational control, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid ads, social media, and content to drive growth and brand visibility.

• Project & Team Management:

Lead cross-functional teams, manage workflows, assign tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.

• Campaign Performance:

Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

• Quality Assurance:

Review all deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and client expectations.

• Client Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and high client satisfaction.

• Reporting & Optimization:

Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Process Improvement:

Streamline workflows and implement systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on exposure to SEO, paid ads, and social media
• Proven experience in team management and project coordination
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• High attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
