We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in app growth to lead and scale mobile app acquisition and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute app growth strategies (user acquisition, activation, retention)

Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels

Optimize app installs, CPI, CAC, and LTV
-
Work with tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Firebase, Adjust) to ensure accurate attribution
-
Run A/B tests on creatives, funnels, and app store listings (ASO)
-
Collaborate with design and product teams to improve user journey and conversion
Requirements
-
3–5+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on app growth experience
-
Proven experience working on GCC market.

Strong performance marketing background

Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs)

Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills
-
Familiar with ASO and funnel optimization
Nice to Have:
Experience with subscription-based apps
Knowledge of CRM, push notifications, and lifecycle marketing
