Digital Marketing Manager (SEO & Paid Ads – International Markets)

Working Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in SEO and Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who has hands-on experience driving measurable results in international markets, particularly the US and UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to boost rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research for international campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure marketing goals are achieved.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO algorithms, and paid media strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in SEO and Paid Ads management.
• Strong portfolio with real results achieved for previous international clients (US/UK focus).
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ad budgets and deliver high ROAS & ROI.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
