Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Account Strategist to manage a portfolio of advertising accounts with a focus on adoption of driving platforms and maximizing campaign performance. This role centers on engaging clients, delivering strategic recommendations, and ensuring successful utilization of digital advertising platforms to achieve client goals and increase ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts to drive platform adoption and campaign success.
  2. Prioritize key accounts and business initiatives to optimize advertising impact and increase ad spend.
  3. Analyze client ad campaigns and deliver performance recommendations to improve ROI and platform usage.
  4. Utilize platform tools to engage clients, including conducting thorough account scrubs to tailor communication strategies.
  5. Lead virtual meetings and dial-in sessions to educate clients on platform features and encourage adoption.
  6. Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive outreach.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with platform capabilities and support service delivery.
  8. Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Requirements:

  • Good spoken and written English communication skills are required.
  • Experience: 3–4 years in account management or client servicing with paid social advertising experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising campaign performance metrics .
  • Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, or clients
  • Proven track record in driving platform adoption and improving campaign outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills , with ability to tailor messaging to client needs.
  • Proficiency with social media/digital ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
  • Based in Cairo, Egypt with eligibility to work on-site.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a bonus.
