Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires a data-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in managing paid media, SEO, and content distribution to drive lead generation and measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media (PPC/SEM): Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms (Meta/LinkedIn/X), and other display networks. Manage ad budgets, set bids, and continuously test ad copy and landing pages for optimal performance.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, and content optimization to improve organic search rankings and increase non-paid traffic.
- Content & Email Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to distribute blogs, white papers, and webinars via email and social channels. Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and spend based on performance.
- Website Management: Ensure the website and landing pages are optimized for conversions, user experience (UX), and mobile responsiveness. Conduct A/B testing on site elements.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within the product sector on both B2B & B2C.
- Technical Skills (Must-Have):
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Strong familiarity with at least one major CRM/Automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Certification (Preferred): Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications are a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
